my blood pressure is 124 over 60 is that normal or do I need to call my doctor

My blood pressure is normally 92 - 93. It has risen to 119 and I've been getting migraines and feeling warm as a result. My question is, if 119 is considered good then why do I feel so bad?

I HAVE HBP AND BP 102/68 BUT MY HEART RATE WAS 102 NORMALLY MY BP IS 120/75 HR IS 70-80 ON NORMAL DAY BUT AT NIGHT I SEE THOSE READINGS ITS ONLY WHEN MY BP IS LOW WHY WOULD MY HEART RATE BE HIGH?
