sometimes I have noticed that If I eat boiled onions,garlic and ginger on baked salmon I wake up in the middle of the night with very high blood pressure

No insurance/job. What can I do?
I just went to take a physical for a new job. My BP was 190/121. I have been out of work for some time and doctors I have called require payment up front. Any ideas on how to lower this?
