Amlodipine
What can replace Amlodipine in the case of severe side effects (ankle swelling). I take Amlodipine (10 mg) with Atenolol (50mg) and bendrofluazine and work in Africa where drugs are available but medical help may be unreliable or not up to date.

Teen with High PB
My 14 year old son was complaing of a severe headach, I took him to the Dr. His BP was 140/91. He is otherwise healthy, not overweight, very active in sports. hypertension
My b/p is 142/96 in the left arm, while at the same time it is 180/100 in the right arm. Is the differnce in these two numbers indicative of anything or is it normal for there to be that much differnce in the two arms?
