very concerned

during the night I wake up with severe headaches, I've just been told I have obstructive sleep apnea. getting higher

Just a little cnocerned ,everytime I go to our local shoppers drug mart I check pressure on the machine and everytime it gets higher . This time it says 151/101 pulse 89 and I feel absolutely fine I know I`m a bit over weight but I`ve always hovered between 220 pds and 245.
