2 BP pills day, high in am

Two blood pressure pills being taken daily 1 at 9pm & 1 at 9am. BP readings are taken before each pill. The reading at 9pm is respectable (155/76). The readings at 9am are too high 173/107, 157/93, 180/94, 192/110. BP pill is ATENOLOL 50mg. Have experminted with 2 pills at 9pm & the am reading is still high. So, question is.... I have been living with high blood pressure for awhile now. wondering what to do if my pressure is 151/90. I've been reading that this is a stage one. I have a thumping feeling in the left side of my chest and tingling in my arm. No pain. What should I do?

Low Blood pressure evenings

For the last 3 months my friend has been experiencing a headache (2pm 7pm) , some times mild other times very strong. high blood pressure and exercise

my mother has high blood pressure, she's overweight. I keep telling her to go jogging with me, but she always brings up her high blood pressure. when she has gone with me, she will not jog, because of her blood pressure. she says she needs to start slow, i agree, but slow does not mean walking for a week she doesn't really pick... extremely high systolic reading

A family friend recently died from a heart attack. He hadn't seen a doctor in years, but had seen a physician for flu symptoms about 10 days before he died.
