Question about a 52 year old Male Endurance Athlete with very low blood pressure

Nosebleed due to High Blood Pressure

My 75 year old mother has had high blood pressure for many years and has been taking Amlodipine (5mg) for it. Erratic blood pressure readings

Early morning BP rise!
