lowering blood pressure with snacks and weight loss.

my fiance weighed 250 11 months ago when i met him. i made him snacks throughout the day and i also started baking his meals, like chicken with garlic. he eats something early in the morning to kick his metabolism off, just some toast or crackers. CONSTANT HIGH BP

my dad has been having really high blood pressure this week.
