7yr old chest pains

I have a 7 yr old , the size of a 10 yr old, but she has complained 4 times this summer of chest pains. I have taken her blood pressure, and its usually 109/64 with pulse at 115. When I dont take drugs avarge BP is read 13.5 over 9.0 after taking pills for some weeks it changes to average 11.5 over 7.5 which causes geneal wekness and ED. My question is how dangerous might be 13.5 over 9.0 without drug .
