7yr old chest pains

I have a 7 yr old , the size of a 10 yr old, but she has complained 4 times this summer of chest pains. I have taken her blood pressure, and its usually 109/64 with pulse at 115. When I dont take drugs avarge BP is read 13.5 over 9.0 after taking pills for some weeks it changes to average 11.5 over 7.5 which causes geneal wekness and ED. My question is how dangerous might be 13.5 over 9.0 without drug .

MIGRAINE WITH VERY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

I HAVE REALLY BAD MIGRAINES AND I ONLY GET THEM WHEN I WAKE UP AND I HAVE KEPT A JOURNAL AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS ALWAYS REALLY LOW WHEN I CHECK IT WITH THE MIGRAINE. Hormones and blood pressure

I recently had my IUD removed which emitted hormones into my system. I experienced pre-eclampsia when I was pregnant. Then I experienced similar symptoms with the device in my body. Now that I've had the device removed, how long will it take to get my blood pressure back to normal?
