Pregnant mom's sleep habits can affect baby's health

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine says that establishing good sleep habits can increase a woman's chance for a healthy, full-term baby. Pregnancy can cause sleep problems, including insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and obstructive sleep apnea, which can increase the risk of preeclampsia and hypertension, notes Jodi A.
