Scientific Approach To Why People Get High Blood Pressure

The majority of people have high blood pressure do not follow
simply dietary measures that can keep their condition under
control, experts say. A list of dietary guidelines known as Dietary
Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) is recommended for patients
with hypertension. But researchers found that just 22 percent of a
recent study's patients followed the DASH guidelines.
