Drugs that may increase urine calcium measurements include: antacids, anticonvulsants, carbonic anhydrase inhibitor diuretics, and loop diuretics. Drugs that may decrease urine calcium measurements include: adrenocorticosteroids, oral contraceptives, and thiazide diuretics.
