Lately, I've been thinking of this subject all too much. I have still not been able to step out of a flare and I worry about the toll it puts on my husband. LIke you, I didn't have IBS/IBD when we met or married, it arrived during my pregnancy with our daughter. THese last 2/1/2 years have been so difficult and somedays I think there is no end in sight and I remember our vows- ins sickness & health and I try to remember it won't always be this way. We too have " new" ways of doing old things. Thank you as always for sharing- I'll be forwarding this article to my husband. :)
