Hi Elizabeth - thanks so much for this post.
I'm a new moderator for this site Though I'm not medically trained, I am here to help posters find answers to questions on IBD as well as lend an ear or a smile where I can.
I hope to also help generate some threads of dialogue around various posts.
After reading your post, I have to say you must have really worked hard at figuring this out. To have been in the place you were physically and emotionally then and to be where you are know must have just been one heck of a journey. Thank goodness for your sense of humor with the naming of your poop diary!
Anyway, thanks for your contributions and I'm sure we'll chat again soon.
All the best, Sue

I have a question about the elimination diet. While doing this diet did you have a family that you have to cook and prepare meals for? I think that is my hardest challenge right now. I have two young children and a husband that depend on me to make and prepare their meals. It is hard for me to prepare seperate meals all the time. Any suggestions or tricks on how to make it easier.
