Thanks for your post. I have been gluten free for 9 months now. I really enjoy Traditional Harvest's corn and quinoa pasta. My husband loves it too. He was worried about giving up his pasta but actually likes the corn/quinoa type better. Also, I've found that for baking, using flax instead of egg helps bind it together and using applesauce instead of oil keeps the product moister and less likely to crumble.
