IBS - What is it?

Other disorders that can often be confused for IBS include, Celiac disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, endometriosis, food poisoning, food intolerances such as lactose intolerance, and benign tumors, or colon cancer.

Next week I will discuss in detail how to conduct an Elimination diet which can be very helpful in finding those food intolerances or allergies that may be contributing to symptoms such as bloating, gas, and diarrhea.
