flareup chrohns

i have chrohns disease and this past week ive been flaring, ive been to hospital they wanted to admit me but i said i would try treatment at home. every yr around spring ive been getting flares im very sick right now i dont like to be in the hospital becouse im with pain from also fibromyagia and i have severe gerd when i go im in so much more pain from laying down on my back also by all the medications and not eating i throwup and get even more sicker, i feel sick at home also and also suffering from upper resportory infection this week . im concern if i should be in the  hospital or does anyone have advice so i can avoid to go becouse like i said my back gets so stiff and painful that even dealing with flare doent help . right now im taking predizone, cipro medrizone, vicoden
