I am caring for a teenage boy who has exhausted many common crohn's treament modalities. He is currently getting tube fed through an NJ and taking nothing by mouth. He continues to have pain in his LUQ. CT scans are negative. Liver enzymes are normal. He has been scoped multiple times. ANy thoughts?
