Well I could stand to eat more veggies. 

 

I have IBD and it would be nice to find natural ways to curb the symptoms.  Of these I like brussel sprouts the best.  I will have to add more of these to my diet and see if it helps.  Couldn't hurt.  I also have gallbladder issues...would these veggies be okay for a bad gallbladder?
