Almond Oatmeal Snack Bars

  • Make these nutritious bars ahead of time for a quick breakfast or snack that won't hurt your gut!


    Almond Oatmeal Snack Bars


    Preheat 375-dgree oven

    1 1/2 -Cups oatmeal
    1/2 -Cup raisons
    1/2 - Cup dried cranberries
    1- Cup Natural Almonds
    1/2 - tsp salt

    1- 14 oz can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1- 11 Oz jar of Almond Butter (Kettle brand - creamy lightly salted)
    2-tsp vanilla

    Mix the first five (5) ingredients in medium mixing bowl and set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix together the Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, Almond Butter, and vanilla. Using a heavy spoon (this batter is thick) stir in the dry ingredients and mix until the oatmeal is completely incorporated into the wet ingredients

    Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet, press out to make an even layer, and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown on top.

    Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
    Cut into 24 bars and cool on a cookie rack.
    Store in an airtight container
