This is a very good article with many valid points. But, just because the study only looked at people who have Crohn's disease, let's not forget that the same problems and solutions for stress can and should be used for people with Ulcerative Colitis - the other Inflammatory Bowel Disease - as well as those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
