Crohn's disease and how I cope wth it

Weight Gain from Colitis in Remission

Has anyone experience weight gain after their colitis has seemed to go into remission? My cocktail of Canasa & Apriso finally started working - but now I feel like I am gaining a good amount of weight. At least 6 pounds in 1 month ugh! help!

Does Anyone Use Soluble Fiber Powder or Psyllium?

When I was first experiencing issues with my bowel- I had picked up Heather's Tummy powder Acacia and it seemed to help. But that was when I thought I had IBS not IBD. I've read yja Psyllium powder can be helpful- Does anyone use it and what one do they prefer?   thanks

Feeling Weak, Sluggish, Dizzy and All Around Blah

I've been taking Apriso for a little while- like all of the medications they work usually to stop my BM throught most of the day- and at night- and when I wake up is when I have the worst of it.
