I've been drinking ensure for the last few day's along with fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds (not the regular ones, but the one's at the health food store that has the outer shell taken off. As long as I have been sticking to eating/drinking that I've had a lot more energy and less cramping. It's when I add things like a bakery cookie that I get into abdominal trouble.
