Yikes ... yogurt, oranges, and soy milk ... that's a lot of stuff that might make you gassy. I hope you're feeling better. The bloated gas feeling is the WORST!!! I try to space out my yogurt intake every couple of days -- the bacteria is good for my gut, but the dairy is lethal for my lactose intolerance. I hope you're better soon!
