At a Glance

The threat of an IBD flare can be a significant barrier to travel, especially to unfamiliar places.  Patients with IBD must be flexible in their travel plans and prepared for a flare at any moment under any circumstance.  Make sure to pack any supplies you may need for a flare and know how to reach a doctor if needed wherever you are.
