Constipation

At a Glance

Of the many symptoms associated with IBD, both Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, constipation is generally not one of them.  Constipation can happen during a flare up occasionally, but IBD refers to an inflammation of the bowel, which, more often, causes diarrhea.
