Became a vegetarian/vegan in 1/2009. If I eat out, I either get some kind of sick the next day or get a bad case of acne. Had onion rings last night and french fries. Today, had diarrhea and SEVERE stomach cramping...like something is ripping my insides out. Spent most of the...
