Crohn's can affect mens' sexual capabilities in a couple of ways, depending on how severe it is and other complications.  Simply having a flare-up might inhibit either partner's level of interest or ability.  Other symptoms like rectal bleeding or discomfort might affect a person's ability to be intimate.  Of course, if someone has had an ostomy (removal of some or all of the colon), this can affect sexuality.
