Hi Jo,   I'm sorry to hear of your long years of pain. Unfortunately this is a web site devoted solely to Inflammatory Bowel Disease - IBD - and I just can't answer your question. I have heared than an MRI is a pretty definitve way to see if you have MS. But, given all of your other symptoms/problems it would seem that there are multiple reason for your pain.   You're going to have to keep looking to see if you can find a doctor or doctors who can help you.   Best of luck, Elizabeth
