Calling the doctor should be your absolute first step. While waiting for the appointment I also try to:
- make my diet as bland as possible,
- eat smaller meals and more water.
- exercise, light exercise, not vigorous, just to get my heart rate up and help food processing.
- try and get rid of any work stress (and stretch more).
- play with my kids -- they make me laugh which helps my mood! I hope you have someone who helps you do that too!
