Reply to an Answer

In response to:
You can lift items more than ten pounds according to the discharge instructions given by your surgeon.  If the surgeon, or the surgeon's assistant, or the charge nurse, or whomever did not provide you instructions regarding when you can resume lifting, you need to call his/her office to find out.  This just is not the sort of instruction or guidance Health Central or any of your fellow members can give you.  Sorry.    I hope you're continuing to do well after your surgery!
