unable to take steroids, can I ever have insoluble fiber when I'm not in a flare?

I had a jaw implant that had 100% failure Class 1 recall that grows granulomas in my skull, cannot take steroids or immunosuppressants, will activate the foreign body giant cell reaction. Once you get to being out of a flare, which on Asacol alone is taking a long time, will I ever be able to eat…
