Ali, the symptoms you've listed are more commonly associated with irritable bowel symdrome (IBS), than with inflammatory disease (IBD). If IBS is the issue, combined treatment with low doses of IBS-effective antidepressants and anti-spasmodics seem to  benefit many people with IBS--but, no; there is not yet one good, safe drug to help.

Lactose intolerance very frequently produces the symptoms you've listed. You may be quite pleasantly surprised how much better you feel after eliminating all dairy products from your diet. (Be sure to get your calcium and vit D from another source, though!)

I use Gas-X, which is a brand name for simethicone.  I am on a lactose-free, gluten-free, low-residue diet  and a probiotic supplement and still have gas, so sometimes need to use the Gas-X.
