Hello Sharon,

We aren't doctors here so I can't help diagnose you. But your problems sound as if they are related to what you are eating, or the amount of food you are eating at one time, or with how fast you eat.

You may want to keep a food journal where you write down everything that you eat or drink, how you feel afterwards, etc. Do this for at least 2 weeks, a month is better, and you just might see a pattern form that helps you to realize what is causing your symptoms.

Eating a diet of whole foods is much better for us than processed, pre-packaged, or fast foods. But, even with whole foods some have to be careful as fruits, whole grains, and legumes can be hard on a system. So, I think the food journal could be a good place for you to start.

Good luck,

Elizabeth

thank you so much for your response, I have been keeping track.  Sometimes I do this before I have even eaten anything, but usually it is right after I eat, and sometimes when i eat something like a sandwich or anything but my point is it doesnt seem to matter what I eat or if I have even eaten and lately it is happening more often.

and it is getting crampier and a couple of time the bm turned the toilet water bright yellow and sometimes the bm is an orangish color but usually normal colorFrown
