I was diagnosed ten years ago with irritable bowel syndrome and as of the last six months started having the same symptoms you have along with heartburn. I also had my gall bladder removed a year ago. I just recently had a colonoscopy and gastritis and ulcerative colitis was found. I would recommend you get a colonscopy and upper gi test as soon as possible to rule out crohns. good luck Jennifer Erickson
