Are gallbladder, spleen, liver or kidney problems hereditary?

I had a u/s of my liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys done the other day. They said the Dr wont get my test results back for a wk. And it is making me anxious. I am worried that my gallbladder is whats been causing dull pains. I have also been told that from blood work my liver is "slightly"…
