i have brest swelling for three months

i had altrasongraphy the result was:
normal brest tissue echogenecity ( glandular and fatty tissue) without evidence of any soft tissue or cystic lesion.
evedance of moderate degree of bilatral fibroadenosis (image).
& i had a hormonal assy reprt about prolactin it was 13.7 ng/ml.
