I'm sorry you have been having so much difficulty.   This forum is dedicated to issues and concerns related to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), but I will tell you that an unintentional weight loss of 58 pounds in four months is concerning.   Please contact your insurance company's customer service call center (or refer to your insurance plan booklet), and get the names and phone numbers of a few local GI docs and/or internists in your local area, who participate in your insurance plan.
