hi im on liadle and im dizzy alot is this a side effect will it go away.

Are you asking about Lialda (Shire Pharmaceutical's brand of mesalamine delayed release tablets)? If so, I am not aware of complaints of dizziness being related to taking this drug.
There are many possible causes for dizziness. I recommend that you see your doctor to try to find out why you are dizzy so much.
