The best answer I can give you, is that the standard of care is to remove polyps--all of them--during a colonoscopy, and have them biopsied. This is the only way to tell for certain if any malignant cells are present.   An experienced clinican might guess about whether or not tissue appears malignant or not, but the only way to tell for certain is to send tissue specimens to a skilled pathologist for biopsy.   Hope
