If I wait to long to urinate I will ejaculate instead. What is causing this. I do not have prostate

Rather than inflammatory bowel disease (such Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), or another problem of the digestive tract, you are experiencing a problem related to your genito-urinary system.

I don't know if you meant to write that you no longer have your prostate gland, due to prior surgery (in which case, scar tissue may have formed from the "old" surgery, and is giving you some difficulty now), or if you intended to write something else, entirely- and, it got cut off.

There's also the possiblity that the symptoms you are descibing are related to an infection.

In any case, I suggest that you make an appointment to discuss your symptoms with, and be seen by, a urologist.
