Hi Adrienne,   If she were my daughter I would take her to another doctor. Daily stomach pain in a six year old is not normal. I don't think you should jump to something like Crohn's, though. As I see it, and I'm not a doctor, there are a few possibilities - first, try changing up her diet a little and see how her tummy reacts. Take out dairy products for a week and see if she feels better. Or, try cutting out certain fruits like apples and oranges and melons which can be hard on certain stomachs. Or she could be gluten-intolerant - this is found in wheat, breads, pastas, etc. I know you said she was tested for allergies, but contrary what doctors say I know plenty of us who are not allergic to foods but are quite sensitive to them and these food sensitivities can be the cause of many gut issues. Allergy tests don't test for sensitivities.   Also, I assume your daughter is probably only just starting school either this year or last year. Is there a chance she is nervous or anxious or stressed to be away from home and it is part of the cause of her stomachaches? Stress plays a huge role in how the body works and its not unheard of to find stress-related issues in childresn.   While I don't think you should jump to such a huge conclusion as IBD for the cause of your daughters problems I do think you need a doctor who will take this seriously.   Good luck, Elizabeth
