Vomiting can be a symptom of IBS, but rarely. You should probably discuss this with your doctor if it continues.

And, it can be a symptom of IBD as well: it's not uncommon to vomit with Crohn's gastritis (Crohn's disease in the stomach), during a flare.
I agree with Elizabeth--check it out with your doctor for sure.
