I have been diagnosed with IBD in Sept of 09. Since then the anacol I have taken has made me feel ill. How does one manage the frequency, cramps, and bloody bowel movements? I am scheduled for my 2nd colonoscopy in Nov. Any tips on how to treat through diet?
