I havent has a regular bowel movement in over a eweek i have took stool softeners and laxatives they dont help what could be wrong?

It's hard to define what a regular bowel movement is. Some people have bowel movements once a day and others every other day, etc...

If your problem is diarrhea, as you indicated in the category, than I would not recommend stool softeners or laxatives. And you can click here for more information.
