Exposure to Rotavirus doesn't necessarily mean you "have" it. Have you discussed this with your doctor and asked to be tested to see if you have it. If you do, however, there is really no way to tell how it will affect you nor how long you might have diarrhea from it. These things can be very different for different people.
You need to consult your GI.
