Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for answering my inquiry. Your suggestions on what to eat are very helpful. I have started back on rice and eggs and introduced a small amount of tofu. I went to the store today and bought some bananas. I like the idea of yogurt and the white fish baked sounds wonderful. I'm still weak but I have no pain, but do have the runs. I've lost about 3 pounds so far. Thank you for the encouragement.   Norma Jean
