colonoscopy biopsy inconclusive for crohn's but a lot of inflammation in small intestine

had a colonoscopy in Sept. 09 and did biopsy due to inflammation in ileum. Inflammation was also seen on CT scan.  They told me biopsy was not conclusive for crohns. Stool panel showed no white blood cells in it either. My question:  If it is not crohn's, why do…
