See my answer to your other post.   There can be many reasons for inflammation, and even though you don't have Crohn's you need to decrease the inflammation, so that's a reason they've put you on anti-inflammatory medication.   You must ask your doctor these questions. They know you, your intestines, and have reasons why they are suggesting certain treatments. If you don't understand why they're suggesting something, you must ask them for more details.   We are not doctors here and giving you a definitive diagnosis over the internet is not possible. Many GI issues are hard to diagnose and not always clear.   I'd ask your doctor about Celiac.
