just found out i have chorns, have a question that I haven't seen anyone heard anyone talk about ?

I just got the news last week I have chorns and i have been reading lot abou it.  I have alot of the things  I have been reading about with the bowel trouble  but mainly i can't go for weeks no matter what I do. I feel so full and sick, but i do have to pee all the time and sometimes i just don't make it. getting verey tired of wetting and dont feel like going any where. Can anyone tell me if they have that same problem. I have the eye trouble thats what lead the dr. to check me for crohns and bingo. i have keen trouble and am facing surgery on my left keen. I am feeling realy tired and hopeless I have had all the sings of crohns for years but untill the eyes started giving me alot of troulbe the dr. just didn't put it together. I am a female in my 50's   5ft tall and abbout 115 lbs. but my stomach feels twice as big as my whole body can anyone tell me if the have the same problems is it strange that i have the wetting trouble. HELP

Cindy, I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  Knowing that you have Crohn's can be a relief (there's finally a diagnosis) and a drag.  You should talk to your doctor about the wetting and ask if there's anything else related to your Crohn's that might be causing this, or whether there might be a totally different issue relating to your kidneys or bladder that they should think about.  I know it's tiring, but a second opinion can really help too.  Here's a a link to a list of gastroenterologists in West Virginia.  http://www.ucomparehealthcare.com/drs/west_virginia/gastroenterologists/  Good luck.
