Cindy, I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  Knowing that you have Crohn's can be a relief (there's finally a diagnosis) and a drag.  You should talk to your doctor about the wetting and ask if there's anything else related to your Crohn's that might be causing this, or whether there might be a totally different issue relating to your kidneys or bladder that they should think about.  I know it's tiring, but a second opinion can really help too.  Here's a a link to a list of gastroenterologists in West Virginia.  http://www.ucomparehealthcare.com/drs/west_virginia/gastroenterologists/  Good luck.

CROHN'S DISEASE IS CAUSED FROM INFLAMATION IN THE INTESTIONAL LINING WHICH CAUSES YOUR INTESTINES TO NARROW AND THE NARROWING IS MOST LIKELY THE REASON YOU HAVE PROBLEMS MOVING YOUR BOWELS THROUGH THESE NARROW AREAS.

HOPEFULY YOU WERE GIVEN AN ANTI INFLAMORTORY DRUG TO TAKE WHICH SHOULD HELP!

GOD BLESS
